You may control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
WordPress, installed plugins, and embedded third-party services may place cookies or use similar technologies when necessary to provide their functions.
CAPTCHA and Spam Prevention
We use CAPTCHA or similar security technology on certain website forms to distinguish legitimate users from automated submissions and protect the website from spam, fraud, abuse, and malicious activity.
Our CAPTCHA provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring page, cookies, interaction data, and the date and time of access.
This information is processed for security, fraud-prevention, and service-integrity purposes and may be subject to the CAPTCHA provider’s own privacy policy and terms.
ReForm does not independently use CAPTCHA information for advertising.
Analytics
We may use basic website analytics to understand traffic, performance, and general use of the website.
Analytics information may include pages visited, referral source, approximate location, browser, device, and interaction information. We use this information to operate and improve the website.
Based on our current practices, we do not use advertising pixels or share website information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Embedded Content and Service Providers
The website may include embedded videos, maps, social-media content, images, forms, or other content provided by third parties.
Embedded content may operate as though you visited the third party’s website directly. Those third parties may collect information, place cookies, and monitor interactions according to their own privacy policies.
We may use service providers for:
- Website hosting;
- WordPress website operation;
- Email and contact-form delivery;
- CAPTCHA, spam prevention, and website security;
- Analytics;
- Data storage and backups;
- Information technology support; and
- Business communications.
These providers may process personal information as necessary to perform services for ReForm, comply with law, or protect their systems.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- ReForm subsidiaries and affiliates;
- Website, hosting, email, security, CAPTCHA, analytics, and information-technology providers;
- Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law;
- Parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets; and
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
ReForm does not sell personal information for money.
Based on our current practices, ReForm does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- Responding to inquiries;

- Enforcing agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on the information and the reason it was collected.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be associated with an individual.
7. Data Security
ReForm uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These safeguards may include encrypted website connections, access restrictions, website security tools, software updates, backups, and limited administrative access.
No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure. ReForm cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request that we:
- Provide information about personal information we maintain about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information; or

9. California Privacy Disclosures
This Section applies to California residents to the extent required by applicable California privacy law.
During the preceding twelve months, ReForm may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as name, email address, telephone number, IP address, and online identifiers;
- Professional information, such as company, position, and industry;
- Commercial and inquiry information, such as Products, Services, projects, or capabilities in which you expressed interest;
- Internet or electronic network activity, such as browser, device, referral, access, cookie, CAPTCHA, and website-use information; and
- Communications, such as contact-form messages and emails.
We collect this information directly from you, automatically through website technologies, and from service providers that support the website.
We use and disclose this information for the business purposes described in this Policy.
Where applicable, California residents may have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected;
- Know the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
- Receive equal service and treatment when exercising privacy rights.
ReForm does not knowingly sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We therefore do not currently provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
California privacy requests may be submitted using the contact information in Section 8. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
ReForm will not discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
10. Browser Privacy Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, the website does not currently respond to them.
Where required by applicable law, ReForm will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals for activities subject to those signals.
Because ReForm does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such signals generally do not alter our current website practices.
11. Children’s Privacy
The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under thirteen.
ReForm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen through the website. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Data Processing Location
ReForm is based in the United States.
Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our website, technology, service providers, business practices, or legal obligations.
The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
