Dr. William G. Davids, P.E., Professor and Chair of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Maine
Bill is a recognized expert in structural mechanics and composite systems for infrastructure, with more than three decades of experience in experimental and computational analysis. He has invented a number of technologies that have advanced the use of composites in structural applications such as the G-Beam. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, holds multiple patents, and has contributed to the development of structural analysis tools and design guidance for FRP composites.
As an advisor to ReForm, Bill provides technical mentorship and strategic guidance in structural design, testing, validation, and standards development. His perspective helps ensure ReForm’s CFRTP technologies are technically rigorous, practical, and suitable for real-world infrastructure applications.

Edward D. Pilpel, Polystrand Co-Founder; Former President of Gordon Composites
Ed is a pioneer in composite materials manufacturing and commercialization. As a co-founder of Polystrand, he helped establish high-volume manufacturing methods for continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic feedstocks. He also held several technical and executive leadership positions at Gordon Composites, including Interim President, helping grow the company into a leading supplier of advanced composite laminates. Both businesses are now part of Avient’s Advanced Composites portfolio.
Ed has been recognized by the American Composites Manufacturers Association for his longstanding service and contributions to the industry. As an advisor to ReForm, he provides guidance in manufacturing scale-up, commercialization, supply-chain development, and translating CFRTP technologies into repeatable, market-ready products.

Randy A. Payne, President and Owner of Adena Corporation
Randy is the President and Owner of Adena Corporation, a construction management and general contracting firm with extensive self-performed capabilities in concrete, masonry, and steel. Since joining Adena in 1988, he has helped expand the company’s construction, logistics, and component-manufacturing capabilities across a wide range of technically demanding projects.
As an advisor to ReForm, Randy provides practical insight into contractor adoption, construction logistics, installation methods, and the integration of new materials into established workflows. He works with the ReForm team on PolyDowel™ and other CFRTP construction products, helping ensure they are designed, manufactured, and positioned for successful field deployment.
