Turning CFRTP Concepts Into Manufacturable Solutions
ReForm helps teams take CFRTP ideas from concept to production-ready reality. We reduce technical risk early, validate performance against real requirements, and design solutions for scale from day one.
How We Work
Our approach emphasizes practical engineering and manufacturability, translating analysis into solutions that work in real production environments.

Following our five phase project approach, we emphasizes practical engineering and manufacturability, translating analysis into solutions that work in real production environments.
- Define: We align requirements, constraints, and success criteria, including performance targets, geometry, interfaces, environment, and production considerations.
- Engineer: We design the part and the process together. Material selection, structural design, and manufacturing strategy are developed in parallel.
- Prove: We validate performance through analysis and testing, comparing results directly against requirements and relevant specifications.
- Scale: We refine the process for repeatability, throughput, and waste reduction so the solution is ready for real production, not just demonstration.
- Deliver: We provide documentation, guidance, and transition support to enable confident adoption.
Engineering Services
ReForm provides targeted engineering support across the CFRTP development lifecycle.

Product Development
Engineering and development of CFRTP products tailored to real world performance, manufacturing constraints, and application requirements. We translate functional needs into manufacturable composite solutions.

Process & Integration Design
Design of manufacturing processes that integrate CFRTP components into molding, forming, and assembly workflows. This includes reformable inserts, stiffeners, and composite features designed to work within existing production systems.

Simulation & Design Optimization
Linear and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate mechanical and thermal stresses, deformation, and performance. Simulation is coupled with design optimization, and we develop application specific analysis tools when off the shelf software is insufficient.

Testing & Standards Support
ASTM, AASHTO, ISO, and custom test planning to verify material and product performance against structural, durability, and application specific requirements. We help define what needs to be tested and why.

Training & Technical Enablement
Training for engineers, designers, and end users on CFRTP behavior, structural application, and practical use of composite components in real systems. Focused on correct design, handling, and integration rather than basic composites theory.
